At Cortijo Arroyo we always follow a careful process of raw materials selection: fresh and finest quality goat milk from our own livestock, local thyme and cumin plants, premium olive oil…all icons of the west Granada region (‘poniente granadino’). This way we avoid non ecological processes of transportation and storage that tend to undermine the quality of the product.
